HOW DO WE ENSURE PHARMA MACHINE QUALITY CONTROL?
How can we help you?
1. Design and Engineering Quality Control
Quality begins with a well-planned machine design. Before manufacturing, our engineering team reviews the customer’s product characteristics, bottle specifications, filling volume, production capacity, and applicable GMP requirements.
We develop customized machine designs based on the approved technical specifications and project requirements. Mechanical drawings, electrical diagrams, component lists, and functional descriptions are reviewed to ensure that the proposed pharmaceutical filling machine is suitable for its intended application.
2. Component and Material Inspection
Reliable pharmaceutical machinery depends on the quality of its components and materials. We inspect key purchased components and product-contact materials according to project specifications.
- Electrical Installation and Control System Testing
- Filling pumps, valves, nozzles, and pipeline components.
- Servo motors, PLC systems, HMI panels, and electrical components.
- Pneumatic components, sensors, and safety devices.
- Seals, gaskets, and other product-contact accessories.
3. Mechanical Processing and Assembly Inspection
During manufacturing, critical mechanical parts are inspected for dimensions, tolerances, surface quality, and machining accuracy.
Our assembly team follows approved mechanical drawings and assembly procedures. Key inspection points include machine alignment, transmission systems, filling mechanisms, capping units, protective covers, and product-contact connections.
For customized pharmaceutical filling and capping machines, particular attention is given to filling accuracy, mechanical stability, changeover convenience, and ease of cleaning and maintenance.
4. Electrical Installation and Control System Testing
Regular check-ups allow our medical team to identify hidden health risks, track changes in your body, and create a clear roadmap to ensure long-term vitality. Early detection is the strongest foundation for preventive healthcare.
5. Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
Before shipment, each machine undergoes a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) according to the agreed project requirements.
- Machine operation and continuous running tests.
- Filling volume and filling accuracy tests.
- Bottle feeding and handling tests.
- Plugging and capping function tests.
- Alarm and safety interlock verification.
- Production speed and format changeover checks.
- Inspection of machine appearance and documentation.
6. Documentation and Technical Support
Shanghai Reliance Machinery can provide technical documentation according to the agreed project scope, including equipment specifications, mechanical and electrical drawings, operation manuals, maintenance instructions, component lists, material certificates, and FAT records.
For projects requiring pharmaceutical equipment qualification, we can also support the preparation of relevant DQ, IQ, and OQ documentation, subject to the agreed validation scope and customer requirements.
Our Commitment to Machine Quality
At Shanghai Reliance Machinery, quality control is not simply a final inspection before shipment. It is a continuous process throughout machine design, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and delivery.
Our goal is to supply dependable pharmaceutical filling machines, liquid filling and capping machines, and automated packaging lines that help customers improve production efficiency, maintain consistent product quality, and achieve reliable long-term operation.
